Mexico
No titer test is required. Mexico (SENASICA) admits dogs and cats under a simplified procedure — a veterinary health certificate and up-to-date vaccinations are enough.
Vaccinations
Rabies vaccination at least 15 days and no more than 12 months before entry (puppies under 3 months are exempt from the vaccine but still need a vet exam).
Rabies titer test
Not required for entry into Mexico.
Documents
An International Veterinary Health Certificate (Certificado Zoosanitario Internacional) issued by an accredited veterinarian no more than 5 days before travel.
Entry notes
No quarantine. A maximum of 3 animals per passenger without commercial paperwork.
