Rabies vaccination annually, no less than 30 days before departure.

Not required for departure from Kazakhstan itself.
Documents
A veterinary certificate (форма №1) from the district vet station, then an international veterinary certificate issued at the departure airport by the border veterinary inspector.
Entry notes
Combination vaccines are required per the pet's vet passport.
