Belarus
No titer test is required for departure from Belarus; check the destination country's own requirements (e.g. the EU) separately.
Vaccinations
Rabies vaccination annually, no less than 30 days before departure.
Rabies titer test
Not required for departure from Belarus itself.
Documents
A veterinary certificate (форма №1) from the state vet institution where the pet is registered, then an international veterinary certificate issued at the border crossing/departure airport.
Entry notes
When travelling to the EU, note the EU's own titer requirement (Belarus is on the "unlisted" list).
