Emirates
The major Middle Eastern carrier hubbed in Dubai. Emirates carries pets **only as manifested cargo in the hold** — no pets, other than certified assistance dogs, in the cabin.
In-cabin carriage
Not applicable — pets are not accepted in the cabin.
Hold carriage
Carried in an IATA-standard specialized cargo container; booked as a separate cargo shipment (not through the standard passenger fare), often via Emirates SkyCargo.
Breed restrictions
Brachycephalic breeds are not accepted for carriage at all.
Fees
The cost is calculated on a cargo tariff (weight/volume) and can significantly exceed the passenger fare — request an individual quote.
Booking
Arranging this takes longer than standard pet carriage — start at least 1-2 weeks before departure.

Never give your pet a sedative or sleep medication before a flight without a veterinarian's prescription — pressure changes at altitude can make it fatal.
Hani Walk — walk tracking, a digital pet passport and vaccination reminders, always at hand in the app.
