Human vitamins with iron (especially prenatals) cause iron poisoning: gut and liver damage.
Symptoms
Vomiting (sometimes bloody), diarrhea, abdominal pain, lethargy; later shock.
What to do
Contact a veterinarian and count the tablets eaten.
