A little natural sugar-free, salt-free peanut butter is an acceptable dog treat, but ALWAYS check the label: xylitol-sweetened butter is life-threatening.
Symptoms
From xylitol butter: weakness, tremors, seizures.
What to do
If the butter contained xylitol — go to a veterinarian immediately.
