For CATS true lilies and daylilies are deadly: any exposure — a petal, pollen on fur, vase water — can cause kidney failure. In dogs usually only GI upset.
Symptoms
In cats: vomiting, lethargy, appetite loss within hours; then kidney failure.
What to do
A cat with ANY lily exposure must see a veterinarian IMMEDIATELY — hours matter.
