A little tuna in water occasionally is fine. Regularly it is not: mercury, salt, and in cats also vitamin E deficiency.
Symptoms
With constant feeding — skin and coat problems, lethargy.
What to do
Do not make tuna a diet staple; see a veterinarian if symptoms appear.
