Basenji mix
A Basenji mix is a dog of mixed ancestry where the Basenji — one of the oldest breeds in the world — is believed to be one parent. Exact traits, appearance, and size vary widely depending on the other breed in the mix. These dogs typically inherit an athletic build, an independent temperament, and a low tendency to bark, sometimes producing the Basenji's characteristic yodel-like 'barroo' sound instead.
